I am the CEO and Founder of Stellar Enterprise and Value-Centered Management Institute. I am also the founder and chairman of Jovance Beauty and Wellness and lifeskills 411.

Based on my executive experience (starting and managing over 10 businesses), lean management knowledge, and dynamic training abilities I have been able to accelerate and improve businesses across the country. Providing services to businesses such as Toyota, General Motors, NUMMI, Kaiser Permanente, Safeway, Lucernce Foods, Wells Fargo, and Genentech; I have mastered the ability to apply lean management thinking to multiple business environments to reduce costs and increase profits. These efforts allowed me to win a plethora of business awards and led to me being featured on FOX Business News and NBC.

I am humbled by the opportunity that I had when being hand selected by Akio Toyoda to travel to Japan to be trained in detail regarding lean management. This experience was life altering!! This was the foundation for all of my business endeavors and allowed me to flourish into an award winning Entrepreneur. Nevertheless, some of my greatest accomplishments have been my ability to create a non-profit, lifeskills 411, which assists youth across the country. Having the opportunity to rise above some unfortunate situations in my childhood has taught me very valuable lessons that I promote through lifeskills 411. In essence, I find myself now focused on professional and personal development of all who are success minded and willing to look at business and personal development through the eyes of lean thinking and success creation.
